Kruševac Fortress
This small fort was built far from the urban settlement. It played primarily a strategic role in controlling trade routes. Walking to this site today, you pass through the beautiful landscape of the river Lištica.
Franciscan gallery Široki Brijeg
This collection contains mainly works on religious themes whose authors are painters and sculptors of Croatian modern and contemporary art. Its value is the foundation of the cultural revitalization of this area, and results in the establishment of the Academy of Fine Arts of the University of Mostar.
Herceg Stjepan Kosača Fortress in Ljubuški
According to legend, this city was created out of love. Hum ruler Stjepan raises it to his mistress Ljubuša. In addition to the complex of medieval buildings, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the fertile fields of the Ljubuski region and the valley of the river Trebižat.
Franciscan museum and gallery (Monastery of St. Anthony on Humac)
Visit the oldest archeological museum in BiH, located in the specific ambience of the former old wine cellar. It preserves artifacts from the wider area of Herzegovina, which testify to the time and cultures from different historical periods. Within the monastery there is a permanent art gallery with the theme "Mother". You will see a collection of works of art with works by some of the greatest Croatian sculptors and painters of the 20th century.
Herceg Stjepan Kosača Fortress in Blagaj
The center of the feudal ruler Herceg Stjepan and the land of Hum. This significant fort is located on a hill above one of the largest cave water sources in Europe. This site is accessed by a steep serpentine-shaped hiking trail that was probably used in medieval times as well.
